My fav superhero is Sailor Moon cause I grew up watching it and always really enjoyed her personality (and especially her main dub voice from the old dub). She’s one of the few female characters in media that I really connected with and love. I also liked that even though she was usually scared, she could eventually put on her brave face and do what needed to be done.
Favourite superhero is Zari from DC’s Legends of Tomorrow. I love that she has a temper but eventually grows as a person and at the end of the day knows the right thing to do.
Superman was always been my favourite, but now I also really love Batwoman! She’s a Jewish lesbian, kickass, fearless, and the Bombshells version is also a baseball player. What’s not to love?
My fave “superhero” always has been and always will be Loki. He’s rejects the staus quo with such glee that you can’t help but love the enthusiasm- “Nothing matters! Nothing has any consequence!” I’m really hoping that his pansexuality and gender fluidity will be portrayed well in the new series.
My favorite superhero is The Unbeatable Squirrel Girl! I love her because she is wacky and is moxie incarnate. Also because she is unbeatable. Eats nuts and kicks butts!
Wonder Woman!!!!! Ever since the kitschy original version on tv I have loooved Wonder Woman. She is strong and brave and stand for truth! She. I was a little girl, I hoped I would meet her one day hehehe
My favourite superhero has always been Jean Grey/the Phoenix just because of the awesome power that she wields but also the strength of her humanity, and her willingness to not sacrifice that for power.
My favorite super hero has always been my mother. Life has put so many challenges, yet she has overcome every single one of them. My mother left everything behind when she came to the US to give me a better life. I was able to recently give her the joy of earning my bachelors degree. Because of her, I am the person I am today. She will forever be my favorite super hero.
If we’re talking other superhero, then mine is Scarlet Witch!!
My favorite superhero is Clint Barton aka Hawkeye! He’s a trashfire of a person most of the time, but he tries really hard to do the right thing and take care of the people he cares about. The Fraction/Aja run of Hawkeye, to me, is the pinnacle Clint Barton because he’s obviously got depression and struggles with basic things in a really relatable way, but he’s still a great hero, mentor, and community member. It’s also nice to see a canonically Deaf character who uses sign language, lip reading, and hearing aids at various points!
My favorite superhero is Rory Regan/Ragman, he’s a Jewish man who takes the role of protecting to his community – a literal golem to superheroes’ many metaphorical golems
I don’t think I have an absolute favourite superhero (my favs change all the time!) but Spider-Man has been with me the longest. I used to watch reruns of the ancient TV show after school, and I LOVE Into the Spiderverse, so we’re talking a relationship of many, maaaany years! I love that the character has a goofy, funny side.
Favorite superheroes: Sam and Dean Winchester from Supernatural. Their powers may be subtle, but they’ve literally died and been ressurected multiple times to save the world. Even from God himself! Love the show, love the Winchesters… they’re my heroes. *_*
My favorite superhero is She Hulk… Because when I was a kid I fell in love with her big strong muscles and didn’t realize I was gay until years later…….
I love Batwoman!! I love that she’s queer, because I can really identify with her, instead of just idolizing her!
So my favorite superhero isn’t actually a superhero but I love Okoye from Black Panther! I love her strength and her non-reliance on her man!
I love a lot of Superheroes, but my first reaction is always Spider-man. Just something about being chatty and goofy even when fighting seems relatable.
I’ve always loved Thom Creed from Perry Moore’s Hero!
I always say Ironman but it’s mostly Robert Downey Jr if we’re being honest.
I do love captain marvel for her bada$$ery though.
My favorite superhero Is Gwenpool
a quick run down is that she was born in Brooklyn and for most of her life she was really good but since highschool her parents (and father especially) have been questioning when she will grow up and get a job
this interrupts her “plans” of getting her idea for a fanfic turned into a book and it eventually builds into her panicking and one thing leads to another when she sees a portal and just like that
she’s in the universe of Superheros like ,Spiderman ,Thor, and a lot more
she goes through the typical arc of learning to be more selfless but in the process she becomes self aware that she’s a comic and starts to panic realizing her life was no more than panels in a book
this results in her becoming a Supervillan in order to stay a relevant in the plot
but it is resolved and the resolution is simple but effective her older self explains to her she will not disappear or cease to have a purpose just because her main story is over that people will always remember her and
that her story will be Immortalized that just because its not happening now doesn’t mean her story never mattered
But the best thing about her is she ironically feels so Real
like someone I could really meet and understand
a girl who obsesses over fictional Characters who writes fanfics and daydreams about what it would be like to be more than what she is more than what people expect from her
so she does something extraordinary and goes into the marvel universe puts on a costume and becomes something pretty awesome
finding a group of friends along the way and Becomes a better Gwen then she originally planed for.
My favorite super hero is Wonder woman because she is a woman and an inspiration to all the girls out there!!
Hi there! I adore Batman because he doesn’t have any magic or alien DNA in him—he’s just a real person who had the means and the practice to learn how to overcome and face his fears. He tries to avenge his parents’ deaths and really it doesn’t get more pure than that. 🖤
My favorite is Nightwing, it has been forever. He’s a super sweet badass and the perfect evolution from Robin to Batman. 🙂
My favorite has always been Wonder Woman. I remember watching the show every day as a kid and dressing up like her. Her strength and bravery was inspiring.
My favorite superhero are the Danvers girls: Supergirl and Captain Marvel! The show and movie really spoke to me. I love how silly and down to earth they can be, despite having god-like powers. And it’s also just fun to say that my favorite are the Danvers girls.
My favorite traditional superhero is probably Wonder Woman, because there are too few women superheroes. Though when young, I loved Superman and wanted to be superman.
My nontraditional superhero–librarians. I adore them for being able to find answers to all nature of questions. Plus books of course.

my favorite superhero is technically a sidekick: i’ve been obsessed with robin since i watched young justice as a young teenager. i like all the robins, but dick grayson has such a special place in my heart!! sometimes you just gotta make a lame joke and do a sweet backflip while fighting crime
my absolute favorite superhero is spider-man. he’s been my favorite ever since i was young and i grew up watching all of the different spider-man movies. i just think that his backstory is so interesting and also tragic (rip uncle ben). also, tom holland is my favorite actor who has played spidey cause he IS peter parker and he’s also sooo hot lol
My favorite superhero is definitely Miles Morales. I love being able to see how he grows into being a superhero and learns that ‘anyone can wear the mask’. His leap of faith scene is one of the greatest scenes in a movie that I’ve ever seen because you see how far he’s come. You see that he has really become his own version of Spiderman and is able to continue learning how to be himself. I really love that part about him and how realistic it all is-he isn’t just amazing from the start, but grows into being the best hero he can be.
I separate my favorite superheroes based on the comics they come from.
My favorite in Marvel is Iceman/Bobby Drake. I grew up watching him in the movies and reading about him in the comics. I’ve always thought his ice powers were amazing. Then he became gay in the comics and I loved him as a character even more.
My favorite for DC right now is a split between the various Robins (Nightwing/Dick Grayson, Red Hood/Jason Todd, Red Robin/Tim Drake, and Damian Wayne). They are each unique and have various character qualities that I like and they all make batman a better person for different reason. Ones a “boyscout”; another is a badass; the third is extremely intelligent; and the last is just a mini/more violent batman. They all go through strife and come out better people in the end.
The Flash because he’s wholesome and kind and body positive. (ALSO RESPECTFUL, unlike some other superhero’s I could name).
My favorite has to be Elektra! I live for a greek woman being a ninja assassin because there are so few greek people as protagonists unless they are from greek myths. Our entire history didn’t end a thousand years ago!
I have been Team Cap since Civil War, he is my absolute favorite and I’ll miss him in future projects.
Wonder Woman has always been my favorite, ever since I was a kid and watched Lynda Carter in the awesomely cheesy TV show! She’s just so wholesome and I love what she fights for.
Picking a favorite superhero is hard for so many reasons. But the two that popped to mind right now (perhaps because I’m looking at a framed piece of original art featuring them) are DC’s The Shining Knight and Marvel’s Black Knight. I’m a little obsessed with the Arthurian mythos overall, so it’s no surprise that I love super-heroes connected to it. Sir Justin’s time-lost chivalry and Dane Whitman’s never-ending quest to live up to his Round Table ancestor both speak to me. Heck, let’s throw in DC’s Silent Knight as well — Brian Kent’s need to do the right thing, even if he can never reveal his identity, certainly seems to have influenced his descendant (by adoption) Clark.
